Body Back Peabody Open House

Are you ready to embark on an amazing journey to take back your mind and body? Join us for a Body Back Open House January 25 at 7pm at West Church in Peabody! Bring a yoga mat or towel and come ready to sweat! We’ll do a 45-min High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, learn about our upcoming 8-week sessions, ask questions, meet the instructors, chat with women who have been through the program, and make some new friends!
