In-Person Body Well is our former Body Back Transformation program, now is Body Well and is even better! This 8-weeks results-based journey will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes 2-In-Person high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. In addition to the in-person workouts, you'll have access to newly recorded workouts to do on your own time.

    Virtual Body Well is a 6-week result-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well-being.     Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We contract with certified Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body.

    Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.     Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun.

    Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

    Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better.

    A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy-to-follow strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you! Reconnect to your inner strength while connecting to a community of moms in a supportive, encouraging environment.

    Join us In-person for a Yoga Class at Fit4Mom North Shore. Limited capacity, social distancing, and masks are optional.
    Taught/moderated by Luciana Garcia, all levels are welcome. This yoga class will tone, strengthen and purify your body. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, linked with breath. Modifications are offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. Please register at Fit4Mom North Shore so we know you are planning to come. Feel free to bring a friend.

    You DON'T NEED TO BE A MOM to join us for yoga. Just make sure you register!

    Fit4Mom North Shore is taking over the taproom at Granite Coast Brewing with a high-intensity, Bootcamp style workout!
    This event is part of our Metro Housing Boston Marathon fundraiser!
    Gina and Elis are partnering up for this event and all proceeds will go to Metro Housing Boston, which helps those in need find safe and affordable housing.

    Join us for a 45- minute total body blast that will include: stretching, three circuits, an ab finisher, and a cool down.
    No equipment is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.


    Then, hang with us afterward for beer samples and food.
    Please arrive about 10 minutes early, bring your own mat, water and wear sneakers. Open to all levels of experience and ability.


    Cost is $40 + 3 Flight Beer Tasting and food.
    You must be 21+ to attend this event.
    Tickets are $40 each and must be purchased in advance!

    Our Stroller Walking Club meets weekly at Greenlawn Cemetery in Salen on Tuesdays at 9:30 am. Let's get back outdoors and stroll with our little ones now that the weather is getting warmer again. Mamas more than ever need the support to stay sane and healthy and the kids get to play with other kids outdoors.

    Greenlawn is a nature preserve, with open lanes, and some hills. This meet-up is FREE but registration is required! Thank you for joining and excited to create a stroller walking club!!!
