Our most popular class, Stroller Strides, is like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost AND you don't have to pay for childcare! All classes are 60 minutes long, followed by playtime for the kiddies and social time for the mamas. Classes incorporate cardio, stretching, strength and interval training. We use body weight, strollers, and resistance bands to get an optimum full-body workout. While we exercise, we keep our children entertained with nursery rhymes, finger plays, and interactive songs.
Important: Be ready to sweat! We work hard, but we also encourage newbies to make modifications and pace themselves. Bring your child(ren) in a stroller. Bring water to keep cool and hydrate. Bring a yoga mat or towel for ab work at the end of class. Bring snacks, drinks, toys, etc. for your child(ren). You'll also need resistance bands but first-timers can borrow them from the instructor. Be sure to register for your class(es) online.
