Join us In-person for a Yoga Class at Fit4Mom North Shore. Limited capacity, social distancing, and masks are optional.
Taught/moderated by Luciana Garcia, all levels are welcome. This yoga class will tone, strengthen and purify your body. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, linked with breath. Modifications are offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. Please register at Fit4Mom North Shore so we know you are planning to come. Feel free to bring a friend.

You DON'T NEED TO BE A MOM to join us for yoga. Just make sure you register!
