Virtual Body Well is a 6-week result-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. In addition to the live virtual classes, you'll have access to all recording workouts.

Virtual Classes Schedule:
Tuesday EXPRESS at 5:30 am on Zoom
Thursday at EXPRESS 5:30 am on Zoom
Tuesday at 7:30 pm on Zoom
Thursday at 7:30 pm on Zoom

BONUS: Saturdays at 6:00 am on Zoom.

Option for in-Person in Studio available. Weekly recording workouts also available at your own convenience.
